The restaurant is closed on Saturdays, Sundays and Mondays all day.

It will exceptionally be :
- open for Valentine’s Day (on Saturday, February, 14th 2026) for lunch and dinner.
The Valentine’s Day menu (465€ without drinks) will be offered along with à la carte (please note that neither the tasting menu nor the menu 6 Balzac (which is the lunch menu) will be offered).

-closed on May, 1st
-open on May, 8th and May, 14th
-closed on July, 14th – only for the lunch service

-closed from August 1st until August, 26th lunch included – reopening on Wednesday, August 26th for dinner.

In order for the restaurant to remain elegant, please note that we care about the respect of a correct dress code and we thank you for wearing a casual smart attire on your arrival (no tee-shirt, no short trousers, no sports clothes…).

Unfortunately we no longer accept payment by check.
